Young Scientists Camp at CSULB 2018
California State University of Long Beach Young Scientists Summer Camp. Spend two weeks with us doing hands-on science investigations. Two exciting weeks of science investigations. Students (entering grades 2-8 and HS girls) do experiments and projects in college science laboratories.
This year’s topics include: Amazing Animals in Action, Cool Chemistry, CSI: Long Beach, The STEAM Maker Challenge (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Mathematics) and a high school girls physics program.
The camp will be held July 23 – August 3, Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 12:10. $315 ($30 sibling discount, $30 CSULB faculty/staff discount).
This is two weeks of engaging science investigations which will help kids learn to think scientifically, communicate more effectively, and improve their science process skills. Outstanding student-teacher ratio of 10:1.
