Transgender Restrooms in Schools
By Let's Talk Los Angeles on September 30, 2014
To supporters of the new state law nicknamed the ”Transgender Bathroom Bill” it makes perfect sense. In accordance with longstanding Federal policies against discrimination, and in accordance with what’s already being done in Los Angeles and San Francisco school districts. Schools are required to let K-12 students use the facilities corresponding to their ”gender identity”, even if it’s opposite of how they were born. In other words, if you identify yourself as a boy, live your life as a boy, you use the boy’s bathroom and locker room, even if you were born a girl.
