Homemade Tomato Bisque Soup
Ingredients
2lb Fresh Tomatoes
1 1/2 cup Chicken Stock
1 medium Sweet white Onion diced
3-4 cloves of Garlic
1 big handful of Fresh Basil Leaves
1 tbsp Butter can sub olive oil
2 tbsp Tomato paste add when blending
Spring of Fresh Thyme
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
Olive Oil as needed
1/2 cup Heavy Cream
Tbsp sour cream for garnish
