Skyline Sound + Cinema is Calling All Music & Movie Lovers! The Bloc and Alamo Drafthouse invite music and movie lovers to celebrate summer with SKYLINE SOUND + CINEMA events. The 2018 Rooftop Series launches with THE GREATEST SHOWMAN sing-along on June 21st @ 6:30pm on The Bloc’s very own rooftop in partnership with ALT 98.7. This spacious, outdoor location offers panoramic skyline views of DTLA, and seats over 800. Don’t miss this premier cinematic and musical experience to kick off the event’s summer series.
Event Offerings
- Soak up the panoramic skyline views with doors open @ 6:30p
- Featured performance by singer-songwriter Cary Brothers @ 7:30p
- Film screening @ 8:30p (after sunset)
What To Bring
- Your Photo I.D.
- Debit/Credit Cards + Cash accepted
- A backpack and a purse is fine, but you can’t bring your own chairs and food!
- Don’t forget a blanket! (the rooftop can get a little chilly at night)

- Some of DTLA’s favorite vendors will be serving food from 6:30p – 9:30p
- There will be outdoor bars throughout the venue, with drinks available for purchase before and during the film screening
- No unaccompanied minors under the age of 17
- No pets allowed
- Event will occur rain or shine! In the event of serious storms that force event cancellation, options will be given to refund your ticket or attend another night
