Salmon Croquettes

1 can salmon, drained and flaked (hold the juice left in can and pour in last if needed for moisture)
1 eggs
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, diced (optional)
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup bread crumbs or (croutons crushed)
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon dried dill (optional)
1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper to taste
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons of cornmeal
Directions

Mix salmon, and all ingredients in a bowl. Scoop out mixed ingredients with tablespoon roll into a ball then press flat into patties.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties in the skillet until cooked through and lightly browned.
