Pulled Pork Sandwich
Today I used my Crock Pot to slow cook a pork shoulder for my Pulled Pork Sandwich. The preparation was so easy I used a marinade for seasonings. Then added onions, red and green bell peppers and set the pork shoulder to cook down slow and low. Just for more flavor I mixed in the onions and peppers onto my sandwich as shown in the video. I also topped off the pulled pork sandwich with it’s own natural juices. Can you say absolutely delicious!
1 small pork shoulder
1 large onion
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
1 bottle of Italian house dressing (not zesty) or 1 pkg liquid garlic & herb marinade
1 pkg rolls toast w/butter
½ stick butter
