I used ingredients that are easy and accessible at your local grocery store.
Chicken Pot Stickers
Ingredients:
1 Pound ground Chicken
1 pack Pot Sticker Wrappers
3 Green onions
1 Tablespoon minced fresh Ginger
2 Tablespoons Sesame seed oil
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1 Salt & White pepper
3 Tablespoons Cooking oil
1/3 cup water
Instructions:
In a medium bowl mix together ground chicken, green onions, ginger, sesame seed oil, soy sauce and salt & pepper until well combined.
Open and spread apart pot sticker wrappers add 1 teaspoon of ground chicken mixture to pot sticker wrapper seal with water, pinch or press close and set aside
In a skillet over medium heat add cooking oil and fry pot stickers until golden brown on each side, remove then set aside
Using the same skillet place par cooked golden brown pot stickers in the skillet pour in water in cover with lid and simmer until done, remove cool and serve.
