New Japanese Fried Chicken in Little Tokyo LA

The story of Karayama famous Japanese style fried chicken known as Kara Age, began in a tiny storefront in Tokyo the popular take-out shop Yukari regularly sold out of the delicious fried chicken which led them to know they had to bring it to the Beloved masses.
In order to create the most delicious fried chicken in its purest form they use a secret recipe developed and enhance the flavors of the chicken not masket it and each boneless piece of chicken is carefully breaded and fried until superbly crisp. Better known as the Kara-age Legend.
