Fried Green Beans

Ingredients:
1 cup Albers corn meal
1 cup all purpose flour
1/4 granulated sugar
1 Table spoon baking powder
1 Tea spoon salt
1 cup milk
1/3 cup vegetabl oil
1 large egg lightly beaten
Directions: Pre heat skillet half filled with cooking oil at 350 temperature. Dip a handful of freshly cleaned green beans into batter. Allow to fry until batter is golden brown, drain on paper towel cool and plate.
