Chicken Chow Mein

Here is the one of the Best Homemade Chicken Chow Mein recipes it is easy to make, you and your family will absolutely enjoy!
Chicken Chow Mein
FOR THE SAUCE
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp. Fish Sauce
1/3 cup Chicken Broth
2 tsp. Cornstarch
First make the sauce, whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a jar or bowl and set aside.
INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHOW MEIN
3 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
2 Chicken Breast thinly Sliced
1 Green Bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 Red Bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 Cup Broccoli florets pre cook/boil and drain
1/3 Cup Carrots thinly sliced (or pkg matchstick)
6-8 oz. Pkg Chow Mein Noodles or Spaghetti, pre cook/boil and drained
3 Green Onions, chopped use for recipe and garnish
½ Cup Bean Sprouts *Optional
DIRECTIONS:
1.Drizzle 1 Tbsp of cooking oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat lightly cook Chicken Breast and set aside
2.Then drizzle 1 Tbsp of cooking oil into the skillet and cook peppers, broccoli, green onions, bean sprouts and carrots until veggies are tender 4 to 6 minutes and set aside.
3.Now use the last Tbsp of cooking oil in the same skillet add noodles stir, pour in half of the sauce continue to stir (use more sauce if needed) add chicken and veggies to the pan continue to stir until Chow Mein is well combined with veggies and sauce then serve immediately.
