Blackened Fish Fillets
Blackened Swai Fish Fillets
2 or more fish fillets (your choice of Fish)
2 Tablespoons olive oil
Seasoning Mix
1 Tablespoon paprika
1t sp dried oregano
2 tsp dried thyme
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground nutmeg
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Cooking Directions:
Mix all the seasoning ingredients and pour into a small container seal and shake container well before each use.
Rinse fillets and pat them dry. Sprinkle and rub the seasoning mix on both sides of the fish until they’re well coated.
Heat oil in a skillet on medium heat once the pan is hot carefully place the seasoned fish into the pan and cook 5 minutes on each side or until fish fillets are blackened to your preference. Serve with rice and enjoy.
