Beef Stew Recipe
I must say this recipe by far has been one of my best, it is indicative of my childhood, some good ole fashion comfort food with Love, do they cook like this anymore?
Foodies you know sometimes you simply have a taste for homemade food and this recipe is absolutely delicious.
Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Olive oil
2 lbs Beef Chunks
3 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Onion Large
4 Stalks Celery
2 Bay Leaf
2 cups Carrots
2 Tbsp Garlic
2 Tbsp Tomato paste
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Salt & Pepper to taste
1 cup red wine
2 tsp Italian Seasoning (Basil, Oregano, Rosemary, Thyme)
3 cups Beef broth or more
2 ½ cups Potatoes Yukon gold
½ cup Parsley for garnish
