Avacado Sandwich

1/2 avocado, mashed
salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 slices of Wheat bread
Directions
- Toast wheat bread and spread mashed avocado onto one side of wheat toast. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Place remaining slice of toast on top.
- Add other veggies if you choose lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sprouts, the more veggies the better the sandwich. Enjoy!
