Avacado Sandwich

1/2 avocado, mashed

salt and ground black pepper to taste

2 slices of Wheat bread

Directions

Toast wheat bread and spread mashed avocado onto one side of wheat toast. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Place remaining slice of toast on top.
Add other veggies if you choose lettuce, tomatoes, onions, sprouts, the more veggies the better the sandwich. Enjoy!
