Alibaba moves into Los Angeles by leasing a 22,000 square foot office space in Pasadena Ca. While Amazon located in the IE of Los Angeles amazon is set employ 1,000 additional staff members this summer, but they now officially have a new neighbor connecting California directly with China. Downtown LA is a magnet for Chinese developers and purchasers and it’s no secret that Chinese have become the top foreign buyers of U.S. homes, with California as a focal point.
