Gardena 23rd Annual Jazz Festival
“Gardena Jazz Festival Returns August 23 for Its 23rd Annual Celebration” The festival has become an annual gathering for jazz fans from Gardena and throughout Southern California, combining live music with the atmosphere of a large outdoor community festival.
The City of Gardena is bringing back one of the South Bay’s major summer music events, the 23rd Annual Gardena Jazz Festival, on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at Rowley Park in Gardena. The festival runs 9:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. and is designed as a full-day outdoor celebration of jazz and community.

Tickets, parking & tents
Tickets went on sale May 4, 2026. Festival parking is sold on the day of the event, and the published event information identifies 132nd Street and Van Ness Avenue as the Uber/drop-off area. Organizers also warn that official festival tickets are sold through the City of Gardena and aren’t eligible for resale.
Tent spaces are particularly popular. Gardena gave city residents first access through a tent raffle, with any remaining spaces potentially becoming available to the general public.
