4th of July Fire Works Show at Exposition Park
4th of July Community Festival and Fireworks Show
The City of Los Angeles is hosting it’s Annual 4th of July Community Festival and Fireworks Show. Experience a day of FREE family fun with live music, food, games and activities for all ages.
Join host Councilman Curren Price and tens of thousands of friends and neighbors as we ignite LA’s skyline and launch a pyrotechnic celebration in honor of our nation’s birthday on Thursday, July 4 from 11 a.m.-10 p.m.
Enjoy live music, delectable food and activities for the entire family at this picnic style event on the South Lawn off Exposition Park Drive and Bill Robertson Lane. Entertainment presented by the City of Los Angeles & KDAY begins at 12noon.
In preparation of the local Independence Day celebration, here are some pointers to help you make the most of your experience:
1. Parking is LIMITED, skip traffic and GO METRO. Take the Expo Line to Expo Park/USC Station. Exposition Park is right across the street. Use the https://www.metro.net/riding/trip-planner/
2. Small patio barbecue grills are allowed in the DESIGNATED GRILLING AREA ONLY. Rules will be strictly enforced.
- Don’t forget to pack a blanket and sweater for the evening. Remember, the fireworks extravaganza will come to life at dusk, around 9 p.m., so you’ll want to be cozy when the main attraction begins.
For general information, please call Councilman Price’s Constituent Service Center at (323) 846-2651. More announcements coming soon.
