LA County COVID-19 Rent Relief
LA County COVID-19 Rent Relief – Coming August 17th. Los Angeles County is here in partnership with 211 LA to help tenants make their monthly rent payments during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Program Details
The LA County COVID-19 Rent Relief application has not opened – the program will begin accepting applications on August 17th. Tenants (renters whose name is listed on the lease or rental agreement) may apply starting August 17th by either calling 2-1-1, or filling out the online application form that will be available on this page.
Eligible Renters
Eligible renters must qualify based on income and have struggled to pay rent, due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Their landlord must provide a W-9 and sign a participation agreement in order to have the rent paid on behalf of the tenant.
