Eggs & Avocado Bake

Ingredients:

2 Eggs

1 Avocado sliced

1 Tablespoon Butter

5 tsp Philadelphia Cream Cheese

1 Green Onion

1 Salt & Black Pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions:

  • Heat ramekins in a preheated oven at 400* F for 15 min remove then add butter.
  • Place Avocado slices in heated ramekins 1 layer over melted butter
  • Crack and add 2 Eggs
  • Arrange chunks of Cream Cheese on top of eggs
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until whites are set and yolks are done to your liking.
  • Enjoy!
