Mango Habanero Chicken
Mango Habanero Chicken with cauliflower mash
Mango Habanero Preserves can be used many ways for Chicken, Beef, Seafood, salad dressings, breads & pastry, charcuterie trays, dips, serving sauce and so much more.
Mango Habanero Glazed Chicken Recipe:
Chicken Legs (Family Pack)
1 cup Mango Habanero preserves
2 Tbsp Butter
2 Tbsp Season salt
½ cup Parsley for garnish
¼ cup Orange Juice for glaze
2-3 cups Orange Juice for Marinade (Marinate chicken 3 hrs up to over night)
In a small sauce pot cook together Mango Habanero preserves, butter, and orange juice over medium heat, stir until smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.
Season and place uncovered chicken legs in 350*degrees oven and roast for 1 ½ up to 2 hours or more until done.
Set your timer for 45 minutes glaze par cooked chicken, then place chicken back in the over for another 45 minutes glazed again or as much as you want. Just add another 5 to 10 minutes of oven roasting time after each glaze.
Allow the chicken to cool as it’s bastes in the preserves and its own juices.
