Enchiladas… I can’t get enough of this absolutely delicious Entrée. I enjoy Enchiladas paired with beans, rice, and a margarita even when it’s all Homemade! Here’s My Ingredients:
Rotisserie Chicken
Corn Tortillas
1 Sour Cream
1 10oz can Red Enchilada Sauce
2 tsp Chili powder
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
½ tsp Oregano
½ tsp Paprika
1 tsp Cumin
4 oz Chicken Broth
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ Onion powder
½ Cup Mole
1 Green onion bunch
2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese
