Uptown Jazz Festival
This is a free community concert, Con Funk Shun, DW3 and more TBA! Long Beach’s Uptown Jazz Festival is back for the 8th consecutive year!
On Saturday, July 6th, at Houghton Park we are enjoying the sounds of summer with our annual festival celebrating community and the arts. This year, Councilmember Rex Richardson is proud to partner with Councilwoman Lena Gonzalez and Councilwoman Jeannine Pearce to bring the community an incredible line-up!

The Long Beach community and friends are invited to come and enjoy music, food trucks, vendor booths, a Kids’ Zone, and more. This is a free community concert, but there are a few rules to follow:
– Feel free to bring your own low back lawn chairs, blankets, picnic baskets.
– No canopies or tents allowed.
– Do not bring alcohol. There is a beer and wine garden available for consumption within the boundaries.
– No smoking allowed.
