Immigrants Cross the border and get housed in suburban California

By on July 1, 2014

A angry crowd of 200 to 300 California residents in suburban downtown Murrieta surrounded three buses carrying immigrant detainees that crossed the border of Mexico on Tuesday afternoon, prompting the buses to turn around before they reached a Border Patrol station in the Riverside County California. Unable to drop off their passengers safely in Murrieta, buses headed for a Border Patrol facility in Chula Vista in San Diego County, By sending immigrants to local facilities, the federal government is not properly enforcing immigration laws that require immediate deportation of undocumented immigrants. Our President addressed the issue and agreed theses families and children should be temporarily placed until state and federal agencies devise a plan of action for the hundreds or thousands of immigrants that want a piece of the American Dream.
