Holiday Boat Parade Marina Del Rey
By Let's Talk Los Angeles on November 19, 2018
Watch the 56th annual Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade and catch a brief fireworks display at 5:55 p.m. before the parade begins. Saturday, December 8, 6–8 p.m. Marina del Rey Main Channel
Watch a trail of lighted boats cruise through the main channel of Marina del Rey. Narration on a PA system is available at the two most popular viewing places, Burton Chace Park and Fisherman’s Village. For 2018, 4th District L.A. County Supervisor Janice Hahn serves as the Grand Marshall. This year’s parade theme is Winter Water Wonderland.
The event is heavily attended and local parking lots fill quickly. We recommend arriving early in the day and enjoying activities and dining in the Marina while you wait for the start of the parade.
