Spinach Salad

Spinach Strawberry BlueCheese Crumble & Walnut Salad

Serves 4-6

Produce
  • 5-6 oz  Bag of Baby spinach
  • 16 oz carton of Strawberries

Condiments-Home made Italian Dressing + Strawberries

  • 4 oz or 1/2 cup of of Strawberries from the 1lb carton

    3/4 cup olive oil

    1/4 cup red wine vinegar

    1 tbsp Italian seasoning- store bought pre-mixed

    1/2 tsp sugar

    3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

    Instructions:

    Add olive oil, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, and sugar into a blender and blend well then pour into a container seal refrigerate and don’t forget to Shake well  before each time you serve.

Nuts & Seeds
  • 1/2 cup walnut or any nuts of your choice sparingly
Dairy
  • 4 oz Blue Cheese Crumble

Instructions:

Toss all salad fixings in a large bowl with Salad Utensils or Mix in a large bowl with a lid chill, serve, and enjoy!
