Ranch Pasta Salad
Ranch Pasta Salad
2 cups rigatoni pasta
House made ranch seasoning
1 cup Mayo
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup red onion sautee in small skillet (optional)
1/2 cup of tomatoes
1/2 cup celery sautee in small skillet (optional)
1/2 cup of corn
2 Chicken Breast Fillets sautee with onion & celery (optional)
1 Tbs Olive oil to sautee red onion, celery, and chicken breast
House ranch seasoning – Mix separately in a small bowl
2 tablespoons parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Use all of the House Ranch mix in salad
Instructions:
In a small pot bring 4 cups of water to a boil, add pasta and cook 12-14 minutes until done al dente, then strain set aside and allow to cool.
Sautee red onions, celery and chicken breast in a skillet with olive oil.
In a large glass bowl pour in pasta and fold all ingredients mix well and refrigerate for 30 minutes garnish with leftover veggies serve and enjoy!
