Poutine Fries

Ingredients:

2 medium potatoes (make your French fries) after meat is done while the gravy is simmering

1/2 -1lb of meat of your choice (depending how many servings needed)

1 celery stalk cut in half

3 fresh garlic cloves

1/2 green bell pepper

1/2 onion

1/2 cup shredded white cheese

 

Seasoning: Mix in a bowl 1 teaspoon each= Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Season Salt, Black Pepper. Mix well then season meat use only what is needed.

Place all content in clear plastic cooking bag on low heat for 3hours.

Remove meat from bag allow it to cool shred from the bone, set it aside.

Make a gravy using all the tasty juices from the meat and veggies. Transfer all content in the cooking bag including veggies, into a blender, blend until its a smoothie like consistency. After blending pour into a skillet (using a small amount 1/2 cup) and add 1teaspoon of cornstarch to thicken into a tasty gravy use what is left from seasonings if needed. Top with whites cheese of your choice and enjoy.
