National Get Fit Day

It’s something we do every day, but the American Diabetes Association says sitting can lead to chronic illness — that’s why they are starting National Get Fit Don’t Sit Day on Wednesday May 6, 2015.  National Get Fit Don’t Sit Day wants to make sure you get up and get moving at least every 90 minutes. Don’t forget to use the hashtag #GetFitDontSit on social media to highlight your company activities and commitment to health. This fun day encourages everyone to get up and move!
