Long Beach Zombie Walk
The eighth annual Long Beach Zombie Walk, a three-day invasion of undead music, guts, horror and fun. Lumber, amble and groan your way through the blood-soaked, nightmarish dystopia known as Rainbow Lagoon Park on Saturday as you search for your next victim. You’ll also experience the thrilling horror of a real-life freak show, as well as a Sunday special of Freakshow Wrestling (as seen on America’s Got Talent), you can learn to move like MJ at the Thriller Workshop, get a free souvenir e-photo and much more. Hollywood special-effects makeup artists will also be on hand to help bring out your inner zombie — and there’ll even be a special appearance by legendary weirdo Dr. Demento on Saturday.
