Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Jamaican Jerk seasoning

Ingredients

2 teaspoons onion powder

2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper

2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 tablespoon garlic powder

2 teaspoons dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon ground allspice

Combine ingredients and store in an airtight container.

4- 6 bone in or boneless chicken thighs

2-3 Tablespoons of olive oil

Cooking Instructions: In a bowl mix 4 pre washed and drained chicken thighs season with a liberal amount of the Jerk seasoning spice, then in a large skillet pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil cook on Medium to high heat turning chicken over on each side until done.

Note: I personally like to grill my Jerk Chicken, the flavors are enhanced with a smoky grilled taste and it is absolutely delish! Enjoy
