Simple Hummus

Hummus

1 can 15 oz garbanzo beans drained and rinsed

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

2 Tbsp of lemon juice

2 Tbsp garlic minced

1 tsp cumin

1/2  tsp salt

1/2  tsp paprika

Instructions:

Add garbanzo beans, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, salt and paprika to a food processor. Process until smooth and creamy add more lemon juice, olive oil, or salt to taste if needed garnish with parsley and olive oil then store in covered a container and refrigerate.
