Homemade Potato Chips

Simply follow the video steps and you are going to have a blast cooking Homemade Potato chips. I used a Mandolin slicer to get the perfect thin potato cut, Ice water with white vinegar to keep the potatoes fresh with out turning brown, blot dry, then deep fry 7mins or more until crisp, lightly Salt and it’s on…Enjoy!
