Green Bean Casserole

Green Bean Casserole
2 lbs fresh green beans
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 chicken bouillon cubes
8 oz of cheese
6 oz package of fried onions
Instructions:
- Snip or pinch off pointed ends of fresh green beans, rinse well and set aside
- Grate cheese and set aside
- In a 4 or 5 qt pot fill up to half with water add bouillon cubes and boil until they dissolve
- Carefully place green beans in boiling broth and cook for 20 mins drain and set aside
- In a (preferably square or oval) baking dish place half of the green beans as a first layer
- Then pour and spread 1 can of cream of mushroom soup over the top of green beans
- Add a layer of the french fried onions (use sparingly need 2 layers and a little bit for topping)
- Now add half of the grated cheese
- Repeat with remainder green beans, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, French fried onions, and cheese
- Cover with foil and bake Casserole at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until bubby
- Last remove foil top with French fried onions bake 5 more minutes with out foil until French fried onions are brown
- Remove from oven allow to sit cool and serve
