Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

Chocolate Dipped Strawberries
16 ounces milk chocolate chips
2 tablespoons shortening
1 pound fresh strawberries with leaves
Directions
- In a double boiler, melt the chocolate and shortening, stirring occasionally until smooth. Holding the stem endC, dip the strawberries into the chocolate mixture.
- Place the strawberries down on to a non stick sheet of parch paper until chocolate to cool.
