Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients for Pie Crust:
1 cup of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
6 Tbsp butter (cold)
4 Tbsp water (cold)
Mix pie crust ingredients until it becomes on ball of dough then sprinkle flour onto surface and roll it out flat the size of pie dish. Do not pre cook crust.
Ingredients:
- One cup of cream of chicken
- Half a cup of peas and carrots Frozen and drained
- One cup of pre-cooked chicken breast shredded or cut into chunks
- One tablespoon of parsley
- One teaspoon of salt and
- One teaspoon of pepper
- 1 glass pie dish
Cooking instructions :
After rolling out dough and preparing it in the pie dish, Combined all cooking ingredients cream of chicken, carrots and peas, chicken breast, parsley, salt and pepper, in one large mixing bowl and set aside. Poor all ingredient content into the uncooked pie crust. Place the remainder of the chicken pot pie crust on Peach down with a fork and bait for about 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown top and bottom. Plate and enjoy!
