Chicken Lo Mein
1 Cabbage
4 Chicken thighs
2 Tablespoons Oyster sauce
2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 or more Green onion
1 small – medium onion
1 pkg Chinese Noodles
2 Tablespoons Olive oil
1 Large Carrot
Instructions:
Prep for cooking: Boil Chinese Noodles in a medium pot when done drain, shock with cold water and set aside. While noodles are cooking grate carrots, slice white onions, cut green onion, cube chicken thighs and chop cabbage, set chicken and veggies aside. Then in a heated Wok add 2 tablespoons of olive oil sautee’ white onions until they are translucent like the pic below, mix in chicken thighs when the chicken thighs and onions have cooked down, add your cabbage, green onion, and carrots allow a few minutes for veggies to steam. Now its time to add sauces 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, mix well and cook together until done. Last step incorporate Chinese noodles simmer for 10 minutes and serve. No seasonings needed all the flavor is in the sauces!
