Brussels Sprouts

Have you ever been told to eat your Brussels Sprouts? Well we have Brussels Sprouts here just for you!

Ingredients:

2 lb Brussels sprouts

½ Cup Red Onion

Pinch of Salt & Pepper to taste

½ Cup Fried Onions

2 Tbsp Butter

2 Tbsp Olive oil

1 cup Grated Any Sharp White Cheese, Cheddar, Havarti or Muenster

1/2 cup Heavy Cream

Instruction:

pre-heated oven at 350*

After Brussels Sprouts mixture is combined place Cast Iron Skillet in a pre-heated oven and bake for 15 minutes then serve.
