The Los Angeles Bread Festival returns to Grand Central Market DTLA to celebrate SoCal bakers, chefs, millers and bread lovers of every ilk.

Get ready to carbo-load on June 2 & 3! This FREE two-day event is a celebration of Southern California’s artisanal bread renaissance and a chance to experience the many expressions of L.A. bread at its best. Bakers and purveyors will be setting up shop at the marketplace including Antigua Artisan BreadChallah HubClark Street Bread,  Ensaymada ProjectFat Uncle FarmsGood Gravy BakesHomeboy Bakery, Maury’s BagelsM. Greenwood JamsPBJ.LASweet Oak Bakery, and The Underground Bakery.

The aroma of bread baking will fill the air during demos and workshops led by Grand Central Market vendors and guest bakers. These family-friendly sessions will offer instruction on making a variety of breads at home and include sample tastings of bread straight from the oven.
