Beef Stroganoff… My spin on a classic meal that goes over well especially when there’s little visitors in town!
1 lb ground Beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp cooking oil
1 ½ cup Beef broth
1 cup sour cream
4 cups of Egg Noodles cooked until tender
2 Tbsp Cornstarch or Flour
Freshly Chopped Parsley
Salt & Pepper or Season salt to taste
