Shrimp & Eggs

Its the breakfast of champions two of my favorite foods combined in a early morning meal, nothing beats this!

2 Eggs

6 peeled and deveined Jumbo shrimp

2 Tbsp Butter

1/2 tsp garlic salt

2 Tbsp green onion

Instructions: On medium heat sautee’  shrimp in 1 tablespoon of butter. Once the shrimp are almost done season with the garlic salt and add green onion until done, then set aside. Now in a glass bowl pre scramble 2 eggs. Pour mixed eggs into a pre heated skillet of melted butter and cook lightly. Add Cooked Shrimp on top then serve hot and enjoy!
