Cheese Burger

Ingredients:

  1. Ground meat either ground beef or turkey
  2. Olive oil
  3. Lettuce and tomato
  4. Cheese
  5. Onion
  6. Avocado
  7. brioche buns
  8. Spices: paprika onion powder garlic powder seasoning salt and black pepper

Cooking instructions:

Pour seasonings into ground meat and mixed firmly with your hand. Slice all vegetables and set them aside. Preheat cast iron skillet for 5 to 7 mins and add one tablespoon of olive oil, form ground meat into flat round patties. Place 3 patties in hot skillet of olive oil. After patties cook and are almost done sauteed onions until translucent, remove and brown brioche buns in skillet and lightly toast to a Golden Krust on the inside of the bun. Continue cooking patties until brown on each side place cheese on top until melted.
